K-13 project requirements

Related to project requirements, what I see in-game isn't same as on the wiki. Here is screenshot of tier 2 xenotech upgrade project as I see it in-game, (4463, 510 doffs, 213 provisions vs 5250, 500 doffs, 250 provisions, ect) - these numbers were part of the article on 18 November 2016 before it was changed. Does that mean there is discount (not counting dilithium) for various requirements like EC, K-13 provisions, xp, number of doffs or corrections will be needed throughout article? --Damixon (talk) 10:06, 8 March 2017 (UTC)

Both fleet mine holding and armada level provide discounts to various project inputs. Only the tailor unlock project still needs to be normalized to its base costs, all other projects should be done. --Dukedom (talk) 09:48, 9 March 2017 (UTC)
