There should be a note that you can completely bypass the final fight by choosing to bluff Singh; if you always answer him by stating how brilliant his work is (and not mentioning any drawbacks), you can simply incapacitate him on the spot and beam him to your brig (oddly, he will appear in the next room behind the force field, but the mission completes correctly). There should be a note that you can completely bypass the final fight by choosing to "trick" Singh when coming up with a plan; then, if you always answer him by stating how brilliant his work is (and not mentioning any drawbacks), you can simply incapacitate him on the spot and beam him to your brig (oddly, he will appear in the next room behind the force field, but the mission completes correctly). Note that, after doing the above, if you don't talk to him (behind the force field) before departing, the mission will reset to an earlier point - even though the text makes it seem like you've already arrested him. For the record, chosing to "trap" him will also result in the end playing out differently to in the walkthrough - he'll be unable to leave the room, and the two creatures he releases will attack him as well as your party. Note that, after doing the above, if you don't talk to him (behind the force field) before departing, the mission will reset to an earlier point - even though the text makes it seem like you've already arrested him.
