I'm not going to comment on each and every page linked under "what Links" to that header image, I'll just comment here, on the first one. This comment, and my "Keep" vote applies to all.

Just because the page has no information does not mean it is worthy of deletion. We call those "Stubs" and the pages that I saw have been marked as such. Rather than flag them for deletion the vote caller should attempt to add more information, or leave them for someone who can. These pages all describe NPC contacts in the game who give duty officer assignments, and they should, at some point, be documented as they are important NPCs that the player can interact with.

My only suggestion would be the naming. STO can be inconsistent with NPC names. Distinguishing factional names by adding (FED) or (KDF) works for a while, but then you find another "Tactical Officer" somewhere else and end up with more than one "Tactical Officer (FED)" etc. I would suggest moving (renaming) some of these pages based on location. Ie: "Tactical Officer (Ready Room)" or (Fed Bridge) or something, similar to how the generic Tailors have been done. Some thought needs to go into this, because in this example, The "Tactical Officer" is actually a shared console contacting several officers, on some bridges.

I've just noticed that the {{NPCinfo}} template caters for "Player Starship" as a location. This may be better than "Ready Room", as per my suggestion above.
