I have done the mission: Facility 4028 5 times now, and have not gotten any duty officers at all, much less a vorta one... Is there any other way to get a duty officer with "telepathic"? (I've tried looking for the listed officers on the exchange for over a week now, and haven't seen any of the ones listed the entire time.)
- You should have received Duty Officer Requisition - Dominion Cadre the first time you played that mission - perhaps you accidentally deleted it or something? In any case, you can get Elizabeth Mohr from completing Assignment chain: Project Chrysalis, and Yelgrun from completing the Zenas Expanse colonization chains. - Hmm... I play on the Xbox One, and the first time I did the mission, was before doffs were introduced... I see that the item is a one time only (upon first completion) item, so maybe I didn't get one because of that, or maybe if I did get it, when I opened it (not knowing what it was), I didn't get anything because there were no doffs at the time?...
