- “Outreach”: Lieutenant Anek refers the player to Temev, who provides information on what commodities are required near Starbase 39.
Note[]
- While it is still possible to acquire and complete this mission, the Exploration Cluster missions which required the commodities were removed from the game with the Season 9.5 update patch on 17 July 2014.

- Khazan Cluster aid the planet missions require either Antigens, Astrometric Probes, or Water Purification Systems.
- Eridan Belt aid the planet missions require either Water Purification Systems, Weather Control Systems, or Industrial Replicators.
- Afehirr Nebula aid the planet missions require either Astrometric Probes, Water Purification Systems, or Weather Control Systems.
