The following documentation is transcluded from Template:ConsoleMultiStatTable/doc (edit):

This template creates a tabbed table which displays the stats for a console at various marks and rarities.

By default, the table shows values between Mk XII and Mk XV. You can alter these via parameters. It is suggested that you do not set a value for the maxMark parameter and instead allow the template to use the default. When STO eventually allows higher marks, the template default can be increased, automatically adding the new mark(s) to your tables.

The template creates tabs for Very Rare, Ultra Rare and Epic. You cannot currently control this via parameters.

The table can display up to five stats (rows), which should be enough for all existing consoles.

The seed for each stat is the amount gained for each mark or rarity. STO tooltips do a lot of rounding, so you need to be careful when calculating this. The general rule is to take the value from a Mk XII Very Rare console tooltip ingame and divide by 16. There are some exceptions to this (notably the generic engineering power consoles), so be sure to check the generated table against STO tooltips at various marks and rarities.

You can specify a fixed value for a stat, instead of a seed. This is for values that don't scale with mark/rarity. The fixed value will be displayed in every table cell for that stat.

Typical usage:

{{Template:ConsoleMultiStatTable
  | bonus1 = Maximum Hit Points
  | seed1 = 9.9/16
  | suffix1 = %
  | bonus2 = Weapon Power Setting
  | seed2 = 3/16
  | bonus3 = Flight Turn Rate
  | fixed3 = +10%
}}

Produces:

Mk XII Mk XIII Mk XIV Mk XV Bonus
+9.9% +10.5% +11.1% +11.8% Maximum Hit Points
+3 +3.2 +3.4 +3.6 Weapon Power Setting
+10% +10% +10% +10% Flight Turn Rate
