Given a page name for a duty officer department such as Tactical department, this displays a link to that page while dropping the "department" part of the page name from the link text. It is generally intended for use in semantic queries, such as one on {{doffpage}} rather than to be used directly. {{deptlink}} is probably more convenient for direct use.
Usage:
