Temporal Sensor Array
The Temporal Sensor Array is part of New Khitomer's orbiting station in 2769, used by the Galactic Union to track temporal incursions. According to Captain Benjamin Walker of the U.S.S. Pastak; if the Array were to be lost, Starfleet and its allies in that time period would be left blind to any attempt at time travel.

“Time and Tide”: When Noye's Krenim attack the Temporal Accords, anti-Federation Na'kuhl forces take the opportunity to launch an attack on the Temporal Sensor Array.
Notes
- While not specifically mentioned, it is likely that it is the Temporal Sensor Array that alerts the future Starfleet, including Walker and the Pastak, to the Na'kuhl interference in the New Romulus Conference in “The Temporal Front”.
