Terran Knife is an Ground Device which replaces the tertiary attack (usually a palm strike) of your equipped weapon with a powerful strike. It is obtainable from “Blue Shift”.

Overview

From beyond the rifts of an alternate universe, this treasured Knife was crafted by the Terran Empire. Its unique design and efficiency for destruction is sought after by many elite warriors that proclaim it holds additional secrets. When wielding this Sidearm in combat, an enemy that falls below half health and is struck by its will receive up to double the normal damage. This side arm is also capable of Rooting its target 50% of the time up to 3 sec.

This item is levelless [∞], which causes it to scale with your character up to level 60. It can't be upgraded.

This Sidearm knife deals up to double the normal Physical Damage when your foe's Health is under half. It also has a 50% chance to Root on each strike for up to 3 sec Replaces your Tertiary attack.
