• “Time and Tide”: The Tholian Ambassador is one of the representatives to the signing of the Temporal Accords. If the player speaks to them in the main hall, they inform the player that while the Tholian Assembly supports the Accords, they feel they do not go far enough and that all time travel should be banned. The Ambassador finishes by claiming that should others fail, the Assembly will use whatever means necessary to preserve the timeline.
