The Tiercel-class Shuttle is a Tier 1 (Level 1) Small Craft which may be flown by Romulan Republic characters. All faction restrictions of this starship can be removed by having a level 65 KDF character or by purchasing the Cross Faction Flying unlock from the Zen Store.

Players can obtain this starship from any Ship and Shuttle Requisitions officer for 20,550 . It is unlocked for purchase after speaking to Rehu in New Romulus Command during the mission “Small Packages”.

Overview

The Tiercel-class Shuttle is a standard-issue Romulan shuttle, comparable to Starfleet's Type-8 Shuttlecraft. Most larger Warbirds are equipped with at least one Tiercel-class shuttlecraft.

The shuttle has weak shields, losing 10% Shield Capacity over other small craft (40% versus the standard 50%), and has a small Singularity Warp Core, but lacks special Singularity abilities.

Tiercel class	SKIN UNLOCK: Free The Tiercel-class Shuttle bears a resemblance to the bigger Kestrel-class Runabout. Unlike the runabout, the Tiercel doesn't have a dual-wing configuration. A small deflector is visible beneath the cockpit's window.

Abilities

Battle Cloak

The Tiercel-class Shuttle has a battle cloak that allows the ship to cloak during combat, granting stealth and a damage bonus upon decloaking.

Standard configuration

Romulan shuttles come with Standard Issue-S equipment and weapons that scale with the player. Additionally, shuttles have specialized beam arrays that have a 360-degree targeting arc. These cannot be equipped on any other type of vessel.
