Tokath is a Romulan steward and undercover operative of Section 31.
Missions involved[]
“Empress Sela”: Tokath approaches the player at Sela's peace conference and asks for assistance, claiming there has been a complication with the dietary requirements of some of the Federation delegation. Once alone with the player, he reveals that Franklin Drake has vouched for the player, and that together they will uncover Sela's true motive for the conference. He creates a diversion so the player may infiltrate the lower levels of the facility without being noticed by Sela's guards. He is forced to blow his cover rescuing the Federation ambassadors after the player discovers and destroys a cache of thalaron weapons Sela had been planning to use to destroy Vulcan.
