Tracker

A Hirogen Tracker with Knife.

A Tracker is a specialized class of Hirogen Hunter. Trackers are identical visually to standard hunters but can be distinguished by their heightened aggression and the speed at which they lunge at their targets. Trackers can also inspire other Hirogen in their party to attack a common target in melee range.

Trackers previously appear in episodes of the Romulan Front:

• “Hunting the Hunters”: Trackers frequent Mylasa IV where several Federation diplomats are held hostage by Alpha Tanjan
• “Ghost Ship”: They are also part of boarding party ambushing a Starfleet away team on U.S.S. Warwick in the Great Bloom.
• “Trapped”: Aboard the Hunter Escort Trackers engage captured Klingon Warriors until being dealt with by Starfleet forces. Three Trackers also serve as bridge officer on the NGC 1218 - Hirogen Ship.
