Basic information

• Game description: You will render your target's weapons offline when you land a critical hit in space combat, as long as this effect is active. A successful critical hit will consume this effect temporarily, which will refresh 20 seconds later.

  • Reputation: New Romulus - Tier IV

• While effect is active: Next outgoing Critical Hit will apply Weapons Offline for 4 sec, which consumes the effect. Refreshes 20 seconds later.
