Trait: Unconventional Systems is obtained through the [Genetic Resequencer - Space Trait: Unconventional Systems] pack, which is a random reward of the 
[Section 31 Lock Box]. It can be found on the Exchange in the "Reward Packs" tab by searching for "Unconventional Systems".
