While this Trait is slotted, all of the following Specialist Bridge Officer Abilities will have their Recharge Times reduced by 33% of their base recharge time, as well as having their maximum Durations extended by 5 seconds:
- Surgical Strikes (Intel)
- Suppression Barrage (Command)
- Recursive Shearing (Temporal Operative)
- Reroute Reserves to Weapons (Pilot)
- Exceed Rated Limits (Miracle Worker)
