- Game description: Space Trait. Dealing Kinetic damage has a percent chance to deal additional Radiation Damage. This extra damage is not improved by sources of increased or bonus damage a second time, except by increases or bonuses specific to Radiation Damage.
- While restricted and highly radioactive, Varuvian Explosives are as effective as they are unsafe.
Notes
- In Star Trek: Lower Decks, a Varuvian bomb is used during the show's second season. This bomb was constructed using Varuvian ore.
- Originally, both the name and description of this trait were derived from a developer typo, as it was termed "Vitruvian" explosives. The term "Varuvian" did not appear anywhere in the show. This was fixed with the Season Twenty-seven: Ascension update.
- The trait description was originally "While restricted and highly radioactive, Vitruvian Explosives are as effective as ancient Vitruvius himself."
