Trophies in Star Trek Online are special accomplishments your captain can display in the Ready Room and Ten Forward / Mess Hall. They are unlocks for progressing through the normal storyline, achieving certain accolades, or can even be purchased in the case of latinum trophies. Floor trophies can only be displayed in Ten Forward, whereas shelf trophies (also known as wall trophies) can be displayed in either location. There have been no updates to the trophy system in since the early days of the game, thus many newer ships and missions have no trophy.
To change the trophies, approach the shelf and click the "Setup Trophies" button, select the desired shelf or floor, the type of trophy, and then the one you want displayed.
Note that Bridges without interiors and even some Premium interiors may not support any type of wall or floor trophy.
