The U.S.S. Cydonia was a Engle-class vessel active in the mid-23rd Century.

The Cydonia was one of many Starfleet vessels docked at Yard 39. Following an unexpected baryonic eruption from the shipyard's local star in 2259, the Cydonia, along with many other vessels, were left stranded there in the wake of the incident. (Ex Astris: The Ships of Star Trek Online).
