- “Second Wave”: The Borg conference at Deep Space 9 is interrupted by a Dominion invasion, and the Phinda helps defend the station and the escaping shuttles. The player must defend the Phinda during the battle.
- “Fluid Dynamics”: The Phinda is part of a joint strike force that enters Fluidic Space in an attempt to stop a Borg invasion and placate the Undine.

- The Phinda's class is not consistent, and can vary between any of the Federation cruisers, escorts, and science vessels.
- In the Star Trek: Enterprise relaunch novel Beneath the Raptor's Wing, Phinda is stated to be a Tellarite deity.
