The U.S.S. Renown (NCC-96047) is a Regent-class battleship under the command of Captain Vo'Lok. With the release of Victory is Life in 2018, the Renown was replaced by the U.S.S. Chimera.

• “Assimilation of the Innocent”: The Renown is part of a Starfleet battlegroup that arrives in response to the Borg invasion of the Vega System.

Missions formerly involved

• “Field Promotions”: The Renown comes to the aid of the player after her/his starship is ambushed by Klingons during a training mission.
• “Communication Breakdown”: The Renown, along with the U.S.S. Khitomer and the player's ship, investigate radiation anomalies in the Pollux System. It turns out to be a passing Borg armada on its way to the Vega System. The Renown defends the disabled Khitomer against Borg Spheres and covers the player's ship while it warps away to warn Vega Colony.

Notes

• The ship may be named after the Earth ship H.M.S Renown.
• Prior to Season 8, the Renown was a Typhoon-class Battleship. She is now a Regent-class cruiser, but with battleship-level health and abilities.
• The Renown sometimes spawns in place of any Federation battleship mob. This is presumably a bug.
