Agonizer Brain Scramble
This device causes a berserk frenzy in the targeted foe, causing them to be unable to distinguish between allies and enemies, unable to perceive you or your allies, run much faster, prefer melee range, and emit damaging Agonizer energy in a small radius around itself. The target will initially not take much damage from this energy, but later in the procedure, it will take greatly amplified damage from this effect instead.
Based off Terran technology, the Section 31 memory extractor can also be used to create a highly dangerous berserk state in its target. This application requires far less delicacy, and is therefore significantly more portable. The dangerous amounts of energy projected into the victim's processing center cause damage to any beings nearby.
