Cryo Visor Blast
Cryo Visor blasts a single target, freezing them in a block of ice temporarily and creating a patch of icy ground beneath them. Those who wander through the low-friction ice patch have their resistances debuffed.

- The Cryo Visor Blast can't be equipped at the same time as Universal Kit Module - Toxin Dart Launcher.
