Universal Kit Module - Transmuter Wand is a Kit Module which can be used by all players. It could be earned from the 2021 Halloween Event.
Game description[]
Activating the Transmuter wand artifact transmutes the target into a sentient, black cat. This unfortunate cat creates a Bad Luck Aura around its allies that disables Shields and most Powers when too close. Most of the allies of cat also try to avoid the scary cat.
