Varh is the captain of the O.S.S. Coldstar. He is married to that vessel's Ferengi first officer and engineer Onna.

Missions involved

• “Partisans”: Adet'pa introduces the player and Martok to Captain Varh, Wilkins and Kinyah of the O.S.S. Coldstar who would be assisting them throughout their mission. Varh first aids in battling the ambush of J'mpok's and Madran's forces at the bar and in the arena respectively. He later follows the player to the Gorath System, where J'Ula has engaged more of J'mpok's forces, and remains in orbit while Wilkins beams down to the surface with them. Finally, he, the player, Martok, Adet'pa and House Mo'Kai forces defend the I.K.S. Lukara from J'mpok's flagship, the I.K.S. Kri’stak, and his forces while Wilkins works on broadcasting the evidence. Despite the the crew of the Coldstar's efforts to aid in clearing their names and everyone in the system learning the truth about J'mpok's attack on Khitomer, they watch the outcome in disappointment, as the various Klingon Houses lost trust in the Empire and returned to their own homes.
• “A Day Long Remembered”: Varh is present at the Great Hall celebrating with Wilkins, Kinyah and Adet'pa two weeks following the fall of J'mpok.
