Vimok is a very professional negotiator: polite, candid and reliable. He knows Ulish from former dealings, and believes him to be ingenious, but untrustworthy.
Missions involved[]
- “Trade Deal”: Lt. Cmdr. Brocal invited him to trade negotiations at Starbase 39 along with representatives from the Ferengi and Deferi. He offers tissue regenerators that the Federation would like to obtain. In exchange, the Rigelians want a planet for colonization.
