The Voth Cloak Technologies Space Set consists of three consoles:

They can be put into any console slot.

The Console - Universal - Enhanced Reflective Shield Amplifier is obtained from the Voth Rampart Command Flight Deck Carrier (Infinity Lock Box, Cross-Faction Tier 6).
Game Description[ | ]
This console drastically augments the potency of your shield emitters for a short period of time. During this time, your shield facings become invulnerable to energy damage and reflect all incoming energy-based attacks. These circuits can handle only a limited amount of strain from incoming fire before the immunity will collapse and your shields return to normal.
Provides immunity to attacks directed at your ship for a moderate duration. While in place, this shield will also reflect all directed energy damage back at attackers, but it does not reflect kinetic attacks. Activating this shield lowers your turn rate, flight speed, and damage by 50% while it is active. This defense is fragile - it will collapse early if it blocks an extremely high amount of damage.
This console additionally provides a passive boost to Shield Power Setting and Hull Capacity.

The Console - Universal - Enhanced Aceton Field Generator is obtained from the Voth Bastille Temporal Science Vessel (Lobi Crystal Consortium, 900 
, Cross-Faction Tier 6).
Game Description[ | ]
Voth Science Vessels come equipped with an Aceton Field Generator console that allows the ship to emit a unique energy resonance field for up to 20 seconds. When activated, your starship enters Aceton Mode for a short duration. While in Aceton Mode, your starship will drain the power of nearby foes, and you will gain a boost to your Damage Resistance Rating that increases each time you take damage. When Aceton Mode ends, your starship will release an Aceton Shockwave that deals significant Radiation Damage to nearby foes.
This console additionally provides a passive boost to Starship Hull Capacity and Drain Expertise.

The non-Enhanced version of this console (which lacks passive bonuses) was obtainable with the Voth Palisade Science Vessel, discontinued with the release of the improved Tier 6 variant. It may still be found on the exchange.
The Ingame Description of the Ship, the console comes from, is not correct. It says "This console may be equipped in any console slot on any Starship." In fact, it's only equipable on Voth Starships.

The Console - Universal - Ward Repair Ship is obtained from the Voth Bulwark Dreadnought Cruiser (a Very Rare drop from the [Romulan Survivor Duty Pack] or an Ultra Rare reward from the Phoenix Prize Pack, Cross-Faction Tier 5).
Game Description[ | ]
This console can be used to deploy a Ward Repair Ship which can perform emergency repairs and rapidly repair your destroyed ship fully healing your shields and hull and provide a substantial boost of power to all subsystems.
Activating this ability allows the Voth starship to deploy a Voth Ward Repair Ship to fully repair your defeated starship. Upon completion of repairs, you will receive a massive power boost and a large boost to shield hardness for a brief period of time.

- The Voth Cloak and Battle Cloak are the only cloaks in the game (at time of writing) that give a hull resistance buff when activated. You become less susceptible to damage when starting the cloak and shields go down.
