Vulcan monks (sometimes called Vulcan masters) are NPCs commonly found on Vulcan planets, and also see on Deep Space 9 (namely on the promenade and in the Bajoran Temple). P'Jem was a planet settled by Vulcan monks with the original P'Jem monastery established over 3000 years ago. They are encountered in missions on these sites such as “Diplomatic Orders”.
