The Wen's Raider H.U.D. Engineering Kit is one of three career-specific Wen's Raider H.U.D. kit frames, equippable by Engineering captains. This kit frame has a chance to activate Engineering Proficiency I with the activation of Kit Modules. Engineering Proficiency bonuses from this Kit Frame do not stack with other active Engineering Proficiencies.
