Each of these officers has a unique Active Roster Ability not previously available, an R&D School Specialization (used to craft high-end items) and all possess the 
"Resolve" Trait in addition to a variety appropriate to their Xindi sub-species.
These officers can be traded until equipped to your Active Roster. You must be at least 
level 11 to obtain a duty officer . You must also have room in your duty officer roster to win a duty officer from the [Xindi-Amphibious Lock Box] .
Xindi Duty Officer (Duty Officer) is not bound and can be traded, mailed, sold or purchased from the Exchange.
