Pre-Order and Retail Exclusives[]
Pre-Order and exclusive items can claimed through the Zen Store. When the Zen Store window is open click on the "Special Unlocks" tab and it will list the items you are entitled to receive. Items that are not highlighted are items that you already own on that character.
Additionally, some retail outlets provide 500 skill points (Silver Edition from Play.com or regular edition from Walmart pre-order) or 500 Cryptic Points (Digital Deluxe Edition from Steam).
